CAIXA Based in Geneva, Switzerland, the Macao Economic and Trade Office to the World Trade Organization (WTO) was established under By-law No. 23/2003. The office represents the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR), promotes and handles economic and trade relations and cooperation between the MSAR and WTO members.
